Healthy Recipe: Baked Salmon with Egg Noodles

Here’s another recipe to add to your healthy diet and in order to help towards your hair care and beauty goals. This combo of baked salmon with nice lemon flavored egg noodles can be cooked in as little as 12 minutes. Serve the fish on top so that the flavors of both the salmon and the egg noodles combine in every bite.

First off, here are the ingredients you will need in order to start this dish:

  • Four big pieces of skinless salmon fillet
  • A bag of egg noodles
  • One fresh lemon
  • Poppy seeds
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

To start cooling this meal, first heat the oven to 450 degrees and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Season the four pieces of skinless salmon fillet with 1/2-teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Put the salmon, skinned side down, on the pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the egg noodles through the package directions. Drain and then top with two tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons butter, 1-teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon of poppy seeds, 1/2-teaspoon salt, and 1/8-teaspoon black pepper. You now have a dish to that serves 4.
