This healthy recipe will help ensure your body (including your hair) gets the protein in that you need to help tone your body and strengthen your hair. Chicken is a good main source of protein you should eat aside from eggs. Make sure you incorporate chicken into your diet if you haven’t already.
To get started here’s the list of ingredients you need in order to make this recipe:
- 1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
To get started with cooking, preheat the oven at 450 degrees F. Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Add the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, lemon zest, and grill seasoning. Toss chicken to coat, then place in oven. Roast 20 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice to the dish and combine with pan juices, then spoon over chicken. Return to oven and turn oven off. Let stand for 5 minutes longer, then remove the chicken from the oven. Place baking dish on trivet and serve, spooning pan juices over the chicken pieces.
This meal makes two servings. To add to this dish, have some steamed broccoli, mixed vegetables, and some sweet potatoes to enhance your nutrient intake and for a more enjoyable meal.
