Create a Exercise Program

There are a high percentage of people who don’t exercise at all. Then there are many that may exercise, but not consistently. Lack of exercise affects you mentally and physically. Check out this article on why you should have an exercise program:

Having a program established is the best way to keep you motivated to exercise on a regular basis. If you’re starting an exercise routine, you should workout for approximately 30 minutes, three times a week, some cardio and light weights to get you started. That way your body can adjust to your new routine without over doing it. Eventually you’ll be able to increase by adding another day to your exercise routine or by increasing the amount of time you work-out. It’s important for us all to exercise; children, teenagers, adults and the elderly – it’s time to get up and get moving – your health matters.
