These main fruits and vegetables help nourish the hair and scalp, while adding strength and keeping hair from looking or feeling dry and dull. So you’ll get healthy looking hair while improving and maintaining good health.

Try eating these with a combination of other fruits and vegetables. You can mix them with your other favorite fruits and vegetables for best results.
